Caeli... Right, that's her name. [Then he taps at his chin as he thinks it over.] I don't know for sure. But it's sounding like it has a lot to do with the world outside of the colony. That's one reason to keep our eyes open for any clues in old places like this.
Next time try to have someone else touch your hair and see if it burns them. That'd eliminate some of the other options that could explain stuff, too.
[He nods slowly, completely in agreement with what Phoenix is saying.] Then we should keep looking for more clues to take back with us. I think we're going to need information from both places to get anywhere. Where else do you think we should start looking? This can't be the only village. [...can it?]

As for investigating... I don't know. We can keep checking around this village to see if there are any other secrets. Otherwise, I have no clue where we'd find another village... but it doesn't sound impossible...

Tell you what. How about we split up and keep exploring and compare notes later? [A hopeful grin.] We can't really explore everything on our own. Having somebody else on the case could really help out.
